Paul Robertson works as a truck driver. For many years he was accompanied on his trips by his cat Howie. When the cat left for the rainbow, Paul was very sad. He missed his friend on long trips, so the man decided to take the cat from the shelter.I have no family left; all have passed on. But, I don’t live alone. I have 2 senior dogs, 2 middle aged cats , all who were rescued. I also have a 25 year old parrot and a juvenile ball python. My life is very full of all sorts of family! When I was young, you hardly ever saw men talk or care about cats. Now I see it all the time. It’s one of the best things I have seen change from my youth. ❤cats❤Awesome story, thank you Paul for stepping up to bring a pretty cat like Percy into your life need more people like you,we cat lovers must stick together, be safe out there on the roads my brother, thank you again 👍😃😀🇺🇲I sooo love it when a good story comes ALIVE. I am 62 and that makes me feel 7 years old, I got much more than I deserve by watching this video. Respect and gratitude to both entities 🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇❤️❤️❤️😁🦁Percy is a super cool buddy. I travel part of the year in a big hi-top van with my kitty and I keep an eye on her whenever I open a door to exit or enter the van. Cats are fast and determined! My last sweetpea pushed his way out of a loose screen on a van window while in the parking lot of a grocery store I went into. I returned to the van and he was gone. I freaked. Ran back to the market, breathless and panicked, to enquire, since I had originally seen an employee there carrying a black cat (my baby was black) into the store and right past me while I was checking out and he said to my cashier that he’d found it in the parking lot and was going to have it checked for microchip. I just admired the cat and told the cashier it looks like my baby. When I ran back into the store after he’d gone missing and enquired about the cat the employee had brought through, that cashier told me to check a sole house past their delivery bay where neighborhood strayssometimes end up or get deposited. I thanked her and bolted for that house. As I peered over the low fence the lady who lived there came out. I told her my tale and she invited me into the yard. As we turned the corner to the backyard there he was under a bush. He ran toward me meowing and I scooped him up. I felt so relieved and so lucky I almost cried. I thanked her profusely and we were on our way. Keep an eye on sweet Percy, ya never know.I also had a harness an leash for this cat as he loved walking in quiet areas if woodsy parks. Trying to get my current sweetpea to don one too, as she likes to explore.
