We finally got our family Newfoundland groomed today after trying to get him groomed last week and he was quite the showstopper at the groomer’s. I’m so proud of our gentle giant.I am originally from Newfoundland and we are proud of these gorgeous, gigantic boys and girls! They are so friendly, gentle and loving, such wonderful dogs. Hagrid is a fine example of the best of this historic breed.Considering that he’s an older large breed dog I’m actually astounded he stayed standing for that groom. 10000000% good boy. Incredible performanceHagrid’s eyes are so tender and gentle. He’s the size of a pony, but his heart is even bigger 😍🥰😍🥰 He’s a gorgeous boy!It’s no joke about being the center of attention when out in public with them. I’m a Saint owner & my good friend has a Newfie. Whether it be riding in a car, walking, or going to a local pet friendly retailer, the attention they get is unreal. Our Giants enjoy the love and pets they receive. They actually expect people to come up and pet them. Some confused looks at thrown at strangers that don’t stop to say “Hi”.
